As a Researcher, you are responsible for finding and screening potential candidates for technical positions. You should have a good understanding of the tech industry, be able to source and vet potential candidates and have excellent communication skills.
You must also be able to accurately assess the qualifications and experience of each candidate, as well as their suitability for the role. You should be able to use various recruitment tools and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A successful Researcher should be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to think outside the box.
